Art & Deb DeKarski, originally from Middlesex County NJ moved to Chandler, AZ in 2001. Art, a self employed Insurance Agent since 1994 and Deb, a licensed agent employed by Third Party Billing Administrator, quickly started their careers by selling Life/Health Insurance policies and assisting clients with their Life & Supplemental Insurance policies.

It quickly became apparent to Art & Deb through the News Media that Child Drownings in AZ were rising at an alarming rate. Although they do not have children of their own, Art & Deb believe that every child is everyone’s responsibility so in August 2010 Backyard & Pool Safety was created.

Knowing that all children deserve a chance in life & to be kept safe at all costs, Precious Guardians LLC, a Non-For Profit Foundation was formed in December 2012. Through channels such as Public Awareness, Media Broadcasts and Community Campaigns, Precious Guardians LLC goal is to accomplish “Zero Drownings”.

Through each dollar donated, the foundation will be able to provide fences to those families in need. We plan to accomplish this through Sponsors, Private and Corporate donations.

Morgan Brown is a CO-Founder and Chief Operations Officer at Total Exposure Entertainment Marketing LLC. Morgan Brown is a native of Arizona and has a good feel for some of the problems and dangers in an our communities in not only Arizona, but the rest of the nation as well. Morgan is a skilled tradesman and a construction company was his initial choice of business ownership. Having built a successful business in the industry and having dealt with many clients from all different back grounds he has seen a wide variety of safety issues inside and outside of homes and communities.

Morgan Brown and his Company Total Exposure Entertainment Marketing LLC specialize in branding, reputation marketing, and social media integration. He is here to help us get the word out about what we do and how we can help to save lives one foot at a time. Morgan states “Relationships are the first thing that will clinch long term business and give us the ability to help other people through the use of donations from our community and individuals around us”. He believes that saving lives and building relationship is what this is all about. With that being said, Precious Guardians is very happy to have him aboard and we look forward to utilizing the skills that Morgan and his team have.

Bill Jasper CEO-Baby Barrier

Bill Jasper is the Owner and CEO of Baby Barrier and BabyBarrier.com. Baby Barrier is not only one of our Vendors and the supplier of all of our top quality mash pool fences and gates but he is here as part of the team that makes up Precious Guardians. Ten years ago Bill fell in love with the concept of what these pool fences are doing to help save the lives of children and and family members that need to be protected around their pools and water features. He was passionate about what he was about to embark on ten years ago and he is just as passionate about playing a big part in helping to save lives today.

It Makes complete sense that Bill would be here with Precious Guardians not only as a vendor but as someone to advise and teach people about pool safety. With his product and knowledge there is a 49 year safety record in place while using his products. Although no pool fence is a replacement for proper supervision for kids around water, Baby Barrier and their line of products has ZERO fatalities over those 49 Years. We are very happy to have Bill Jasper as part of our team here at Precious Guardians.

  Greg Swiszcz; Creator of My City Apartments and Account Manager for Sierra H Broadcasting

Greg graduated from UNLV in 2003 with a degree in Marketing and shortly there after he moved to Phoenix. In 2004 Greg Swiszcz worked in the advertising and sales field and during that time he joined Ad 2 Phoenix, which is a local networking organization for marketing professionals that creates a pro-bono marketing campaign for local non-profit organizations. Greg Swiszcz has also controlled the operations of “Ad 2 Phoenix”  for over five years and now he has successfully been in the advertising and marketing field for over ten years now. 

In 2012, Greg started My City Apartments. This site was started in order to help individuals transition between living spaces. In a nut shell, My City Apartments makes it a lot easier for people to find a place to live. My City Apartments has the individuals best interest at hand. Greg wanted to develop a website that was easy to use, clutter free, and one that will give users all of the information they need about the community they would like to live in. By keeping the focus on this site local, users will also be able to find local restaurants, businesses, and attractions listed on the site as a resource to them.

Greg states he loves giving back to the community and if there is something that he can do to help save a life, he is honored to do it. Greg Said  “The people that are a part of Precious Guardians have such a HUGE passion for the cause, it’s contagious!”

Precious Guardians…What WE do!!!

Precious Guardians is a non-profit organization that was formed to help save the lives of children, adults, and pets in our communities and homes in the United States. We will do this by creating educational programs and giving much needed assistance in resolving safety issues and concerns in and around our communities. With your help spreading the word about what we are doing could change the outcome for many that may come face to face with an accidental death situation.
